On-call, on-site, on-time.
Commercial work on the Brisbane southside runs from Sunnybank and Eight Mile Plains out to Mount Gravatt and Rochedale. We clear office strip-outs, shopfit waste and end-of-lease tenancies for business owners, property managers and tradies. Send photos through the quote form and we give you one fixed price before anything moves. Repeat clients can be invoiced on account. We work 7 days and sweep the space when we finish.
Offices, retail, fit-outs and end-of-lease clearouts, each quoted as a fixed price per job.
Shopfit joinery, partition walls, old workstations, ceiling tiles and cabling come out of a Mains Road shopfront in Sunnybank or an office suite at Eight Mile Plains. Photos of the floor and the way out let us choose between the ute and the trailer.
Offcuts, plasterboard, old fittings and packaging pile up on a fit-out in Rochedale or Upper Mount Gravatt. Builders and property managers can run repeat jobs on account, so one invoice covers the lot.
Furniture, fixed shelving, signage, kitchenette gear and leftover stock go when a lease finishes. We work to the make-good date in your lease and sweep the floor so the agent's inspection starts with a clear space.
We work the Brisbane City Council suburbs south of the river: Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hills, Eight Mile Plains, Runcorn, Calamvale, Kuraby, Macgregor, Mount Gravatt, Upper Mount Gravatt, Rochedale and Stretton. The crew drives up from the Gold Coast on the Pacific Motorway, so a southside job gets booked as a scheduled run with the travel built into the fixed price.
Sunnybank has shopfronts and restaurants along Mains Road, Mount Gravatt and Upper Mount Gravatt have the larger retail centres, and Eight Mile Plains has business parks. Strip shops are often loaded from a rear lane, and offices usually need a lift booked with the building manager. Tell us which applies and what hours the building sets, and we plan the load-out around it, after hours if the building needs that.

Scheduled runs • Fixed price up front • Trade accounts • Fully insured
Photograph the floor, the fit-out and the route out to the car park or lift, then send them through the quote form or by text with the suburb and your lease or trading dates. Add the building manager's contact if there is one.
We text or call back with one fixed price covering the load, the labour and the travel from the Coast. Repeat clients can ask to be invoiced on account. Tell us the hours the building allows and we book the run to suit.
The crew loads out by hand through the lift, the rear lane or the loading door, then sweeps the floor. Material goes to recycling where it allows. Most southside jobs finish in one visit, and bigger strip-outs get booked as a multi-day run.
Yes. Send photos of the shopfit, the back room and the route out to the rear lane or the street, along with the date the lease ends and any make-good items your agent has listed. We take joinery, counters, shelving, signage and leftover stock, then sweep the floor so the inspection starts with a clear space. Strip shops are often loaded from a rear lane where one exists, and kerbside parking out the front can be tight, so tell us which entry suits. If you manage several tenancies and want the work invoiced on account, mention it when you request the quote.
Yes, when the centre requires it. Shopping centre managers commonly set load-out times, a service corridor or dock to use, and rules on trolleys and floor protection. Ask for those details before you book and pass them on with your photos. We plan the load-out around the window you give us, whether that is after close or before opening, and price the job with that window in mind. A large tenancy can run over more than one visit, and we say so on the quote. We work 7 days a week and sweep the space before we leave.
We charge $95 per m³ with a $190 minimum, so a small load can sit at the minimum and bigger jobs scale with the volume. Photos of the room let us estimate the cubic metres, and we confirm one fixed price before we lift anything. The travel from the Coast, a lift booking or a long carry from the back office to the truck are looked at when we price the job. Dense material like tiles, concrete or sheet metal is heavier to shift, so mention it in your message. If you run repeat jobs, ask about invoicing on account.
We carry out desks, chairs, filing cabinets, shelving and timber or plasterboard partitions by hand, through the lift or down the stairs, and sort the load as we go. Material goes to recycling where it allows. Live power and data cabling should be disconnected and made safe by your electrician or IT provider before we arrive, and we remove what has been cut free. Tell us if the floor has a lift booking or a carpark height limit, because that decides whether we send the ute or the trailer.
Send photos of the tenancy and your lease end date, and we book a southside run with one fixed price up front.
